Father and Sons Campout

Earlier in the week, Carter told me that he and daddy had agreed to bring Evan on the Father and sons campout. This was mostly Carter's doing - he really wanted Evan to come. Later, Jon talked Carter into having one last year with just the two of them. They had a great time.
Carter's pooped after a long hike. He loves the outdoors and he loves to be with his dad!!

This is what happens when you don't go to Father and sons. We actually had a great time. We started off by going to the video store and picking out Cinderella III. Then we headed to the park to feed the ducks and play. After that we went to Winco to pick out some quality treats like blowpops, candy corns and gummy bears. When we got home, we had an exciting dinner of macaroni and cheese with hot dogs and made a huge bed downstairs so we could watch our movie and have a sleepover. It was really fun and even more fun when the movie was over and Evan told me he wanted to sleep in his own bed! The next morning we played Pretty, Pretty Princess and Evan was dressed as Cinderella before we even started. It's probably good that Evan will go with Carter and Jon next year to the campout!!
