Friday lunch with dad

We headed off early Saturday afternoon to have lunch with Jon down in San Diego . We met at La Jolla Shores. It's nice because we could have a picnic in the grassy area, play a little game of softball and then walk on the beach . It was a cooler day so I wasn't planning on the kids getting wet - oops. I think they're gearing up for the summer. They had lots of fun in the ocean and good news - Evan's not afraid of the ocean water this year - should be a fun summer at the beach!Maybe I should try feeding him footballs?
