I've decided that I'm not a huge fan of Halloween. I know - Ba Humbug! But, all the work to get kids dressed up, go trick or treating, and for what? So we can have loads of candy every day for months and then pay a few hundred dollars to the dentist for the cavities we have to fill. I did think Carter and Jon looked pretty cute this year in their Frankenstein costumes, although, Carter told me yesterday that nest year he wants a store bought costume. Apparently, this year's was not cool enough for him.
